What our customers across Palm Beach and Broward say
Family-owned since 2016
You deal with the family, not a call center
No script, and nobody paid a commission to sell you a system you do not need. The person who quotes your job is the person whose name is on the license, and the technicians who turn up wear the same badge.
Florida licensed and insured, CAC1821097. Nominated for the Hidden Gem Award at the 2026 HVAC Tactical Awards, and at the AHR Expo every year since 2024, because what works in a South Florida summer keeps changing.

More about Energy-Efficient AC Upgrades

More about Heat Pump Installation

About Greenacres: homes, permits and where we work
Our office is on Lake Worth Road in Greenacres, a city of nearly 44,000 people on about six square miles in central Palm Beach County. It is the eighth largest of the county's 39 municipalities, and most of its shops and businesses sit along Lake Worth Road, Forest Hill Boulevard, 10th Avenue North and Jog Road.
The city counts about 17,000 homes: single-family houses, condominiums, villas, townhomes and apartments. Census figures put the median Greenacres home at 1987. About 4 in 10 were built in the 1980s, about 6 in 10 before 1990, and only about 3 in 10 are detached single-family houses.
An AC replacement in Greenacres is permitted by the city's Building Division at City Hall, 5800 Melaleuca Lane, and applications go in online. For an exact like-for-like change-out the city says the permit is issued the same day. A new system or a mini-split needs load calculations and a floor plan and goes through plan review. We handle the permit.
